Refunds

Because our baked goods are made fresh to order, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be considered for orders that are canceled within the permitted cancellation period or when an order has a confirmed quality or fulfillment issue.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible. Orders may be canceled before preparation begins. Once an order has entered preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact Kendricks Creations promptly after pickup or delivery. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Delivery & Pickup

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information. Missed pickups or deliveries caused by incorrect information or failure to be available may not qualify for a refund.
